The sales woman was awful pushy. I am a weak person, as in personality. And I feel like I was corralled into this sales.
I had made several appointments to try several aids. I told Stephanie that I did not want to purchase the aids on several occasions, and she continued to be pushy.
I lost one of the aids while in my possession. I contacted her right away After speaking with her "bosses" they would not charge for the one that I lost if I bought a new set. So either way, I was paying. I feel this replacement should have been covered by the company's insurance.
So now, I apparently am paying for a lost aid, that is not in my possessiShe offered to give me a new aid, which I did not want in the beginning. After al of this, I will never refer anyone to your company.
This is just ridiculous. I truly would love to hear a reply from this corporation.

DO NOT GO TO AUDIBEL
Approximately 4 years ago I went to Audibel Hearing Center for hearing aids. Initial appointment went very well and ofcourse they lured me into to spending $7000 on hearing aids.
Since that day, it has been nothing but one bad experience after another. My aids were constantly breaking down and had to be sent in for repair, where they would be for 2 to 4 weeks. I also noticed that after the "Hearing Specialist" retired, his secretary took over his position. The secretary did not last long as she had no knowledge of the hearing aids or her job.
Now another secretary is running the show at this particular office. Again, no knowledge or training and makes me very uncomfortable.DONE WITH AUDIBEL!!!!

Bad hearing aid
I paid over 5k. And had to have many repairs .
I had them for 6 years and only wore them 3 times a week . The company man said I need to get a new set. Forget it.i am going to see other brands and make appointments to see which kind is best for my situation.so I would say note to go to any kind of hearing aid . They had no discount for seniors .
Alway have more than one opinion.
Too many people do not know what type they really need and get talked into hearing aids that are not right for them or for the right price which they try to talk you into. I' m honest as a retail salesman in the garden department and tell people whether they really need the product or not.

Over the ear wires
I've had my audible over the ear hearing aids for about 2 1/2 years. I've had them repaired once when the right ear stopped working completely.
Since that repair I've had the same problem occur a second time. I'm glad I purchased a 4 year warranty since these expense units seem to be prone to failure. The problem seems to be in the wire connection at the over the ear piece is separating on the inside. The service I've received from the copmany where I purchased the hearing aids is less than stellar also.
Now the office in my hometown has lost the audiologist and is only seeing customers every two weeks.
I had Miracle Ear units in the past. They were much more dependable but the company changes models so often it was hard to get a replacement when I lost one of my aids.

Very Unhappy with Audibel Hearing aids.
My husband purchased a pair of hearing aids from Audibel in Lexington, Ky. Even with our appropriate care, the aids had multiple problems and had to be taken back for repair/parts replacement repeatedly.
On one occasion, one of the aids quit working the day after it was repaired. People should read all paperwork very, very carefully.
Regarding customer service, the person who sold us the aids did not listen to complaints and made my husband feel it was his fault that the aids were not working properly. We regret making this purchase and wish we had done more online research about this company.
