My experience was so bad at the Audibel on US19 in Port Richey that not only did they make a mistake on the type of mold I wanted, and they had the audacity to tell me that I wanted it this way, but there was no technician to serve me, so the secretary, who took my hearing aid, BROKE IT while taking the tube off the hook, insisted she didn't break it, started to accuse me of rushing her... sorry....
she was so unprofessional, discourteous, and so unladylike, I left the building.
Audibel has been termed a dirty word for a reason. An apology would have sufficed, just admit that you broke it, and simply tell me that you'll fix it.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: I wanted to be compensated for my troubles, I had to go elsewhere to get my aid fixed, the secretary should be fired..
